systemic insecticide containing the active ingredient Spirote-tramat from the Tetramic acid group used to control a wide range of sucking insects such as (aphids, thrips, whiteflies, mealybugs, scale insects, psylla, leafhoppers, and others) on a wide range of crops such as grapes, citrus fruits, apples, peaches, tomatoes, and others.
It has a unique effect as it works as a stomach poison and by contact in addition to its systemic and translaminar properties inside the plant.
It has a unique mode of action that differs from traditional pesticides with similar uses such as neonicotinoids, carbamates, and pyrethroids as it works to inhibit the biosynthesis of lipids in the targeted pests.
It has no cross-resistance with any pesticides from other chemical groups.
Relatively safe for humans and the environment and suitable for integrated pest control (IPM) programs in many crops.
It is effective at low doses and is relatively safe for bees and beneficial predators.
